Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

This policy describes how DailyNova works on the date above. If the way the site works changes (for example, if we add advertising or analytics), we will update this text before turning those services on.

Who is responsible

DailyNova is a personal project by Astexus; it is not an incorporated company.

Contact email: rafapeja37@gmail.com.

What data we handle

When you browse the site. DailyNova has no user accounts, comments or forms, and it does not use first-party or third-party cookies (see the cookie policy). We don't use analytics or advertising tools. The built-in search runs in your browser and doesn't send what you type to any server.

Server logs. As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical data about each visit (such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser) for security and operation. The hosting provider manages those logs under its own policy.

If you write to us. If you email us, we handle your email address and the content of your message to reply to you.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your messages, based on your request to contact us and our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • To keep the site secure and working (server logs), based on our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data to build profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Who receives it

We don't share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use an email provider to send and receive mail, and the site is hosted by a web hosting provider; both may process data on our behalf. These providers may process data outside your country under the safeguards they provide.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your inquiry and afterward for as long as the law requires or as needed to address possible claims. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. Email us at rafapeja37@gmail.com to make a request. If you are in the European Economic Area or Spain, you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Children

DailyNova is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Images from Unsplash

Cover photos come from Unsplash and are mostly served from our own server. Some photos (and any whose copy is unavailable) are loaded by your browser directly from Unsplash servers (images.unsplash.com); in that case, your browser connects to Unsplash, which may receive your IP address and basic browser data, as with any external resource. DailyNova sends Unsplash no other data. See Unsplash's privacy policy at unsplash.com/privacy. Each photo credits its author.

Some articles link to third-party websites (government agencies, news outlets, companies). We don't control their privacy or cookie practices.

Future advertising

DailyNova may show advertising in the future if it meets advertising programs' requirements and is approved. If that happens, ads may use cookies or identifiers. We would then explain this in this policy and in the cookie policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it. As of today, we don't show ads.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top.
